Mag. Karola Stotz graduated as a Magister Artium (Master's Degree of Social Sciences) in Human Biology, Cultural Anthropology and Sociology at the University of Mainz (Germany) about the reletionship of ethnology and Evolutionary Epistemology. 1993 she received a scholarship from the Konrad Lorenz Research Center for Evolution and Cognition and began a postgraduate study at the University of Vienna. Since 1996 she works as a free-lance social and anthropological scientist and is employed both with a managing consultant/system analysist and with the Institute for Empirical Social-Research (IFES) in Vienna.
