Ann-Sophie Barwich

Ann-Sophie Barwich obtained her MA at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in Philosophy and German Literature Studies. She holds a PhD in philosophy from the University of Exeter/ESRC Centre for Genomics in Society. Her thesis addressed classifications and model thinking in olfaction theory concerning issues of theory choice and the historicity of evidence in scientific judgment (supervised by John Dupré and Michael Hauskeller). She currently is a research fellow at the KLI and an honorary research fellow at Egenis (the Centre for the Study of the Life Sciences, University of Exeter).
