Brett Calcott holds a B.A. Honours (1st Class) from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand. He obtained his PhD from the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia in 2007. Since 2007 he is a post-doctoral researcher in the Philosophy program at the Australian National University. Currently he holds a postdoctoral fellowship at the KLI. In November 2011 he will return to the Australian National University to continue working on a project on 'Evolvability'.
