Topic description:
A feature of F. A. von Hayek ‘s work that has received little attention is its systematic and radical character. I argue that in order to understand Hayek’s thought, including his evolutionary ideas, this aspect cannot be neglected.
Biographical note:
Jack Birner is an economist and philosopher of social science. His interests include the theory of capital, the history of economic thought, social and cultural evolution, social amplifiers, European economic governance, and the analysis of money as a collective good.
